By accessing or using Company Canary ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Company Canary is a job monitoring service that tracks job postings at companies you select and sends you daily email alerts when new positions are posted. We pull data directly from company career pages and job boards.

3. Subscription and Payment

Company Canary is a paid subscription service at $5 per month. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to collect data for commercial resale, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or share your account credentials with others.

5. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and timely job posting data, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information provided. Job postings may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect. Company Canary is not responsible for any employment decisions made based on data provided by the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Company Canary and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Job posting data is sourced from public company career pages and job boards.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Company Canary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
